Meandering single-track through groves of peaceful aspen, grassy meadows, stands of tranquil pine and rocky ridges with majestic views of snow-capped mountains — you will LOVE this race!

• WHAT — Two trail races: 50K and 12M
  • 90 to 95 % single-track trail on a one-loop course
  • Pine forests, aspen groves, grassy meadows, and rocky ridges with snow-capped views of the Continental Divide.
  • Elevation between 7500 and 9500 ft. The 50K course has approximately 8000 ft of climbing/descending, and the 12M course has approximately 4000 ft, of climbing/descending.
• WHEN — Saturday June 1, 2013
  • 50K starts at 6:00am
  • 12M starts at 9:00am
• WHERE — Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Black Hawk, CO
• WHY — This race is a community event to raise money to support Gilpin County School District athletics.
